REFUND POLICY

APPOINTMENTS, DEPOSITS, AND CANCELLATIONS

All appointments require a deposit to confirm booking. Deposits secure your reserved time with our specialists and are applied toward your service cost.


To cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24–48 hours’ notice before your appointment. Cancellations made within the required timeframe may transfer the deposit to a future visit.


Late cancellations or “no-shows” will forfeit deposits and may be subject to additional fees. Repeated missed appointments may result in restricted booking privileges.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case deposits will be credited or refunded in full.

REFUND FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

All treatments and aesthetic services are non-refundable once performed.
Because results vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and biological factors, Rejuve Aesthetics cannot guarantee specific outcomes.


If you experience a concern after your service, please contact us within seven (7) days, and our team will review your case to determine appropriate next steps, which may include corrective treatment or credit toward future services.


Retail products may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase if unopened, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt. Opened or used products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

PAYMENT TERMS, CREDITS, AND DESCLAIMERS

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include cash, major credit cards, and approved digital payments.


Prepaid packages, promotions, or gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable, but may be used for alternative eligible services of equal value at management’s discretion.


Rejuve Aesthetics reserves the right to deny refunds or credits for client-initiated dissatisfaction, missed appointments, or non-compliance with post-care instructions.


By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this Refund and Cancellation Policy in full.
