SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after business hours or during holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if available).
Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, or unforeseen supply delays. Rejuve Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.
SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS, AND DELIVERY
We currently ship products throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery address, and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost. Once your package leaves our facility, Rejuve Aesthetics is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. Clients are encouraged to contact the carrier directly with tracking inquiries.
RETURNS, DAMAGED ITEMS, AND NON DELIVERY
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within five (5) business days of delivery at rejuveaestheticsllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for replacement or credit.
Shipping costs for returns are the client’s responsibility unless the item was received in error or damaged in transit.
We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers, or for items marked as “delivered” by carriers.
